Inspired by Baudelaire’s flâneur, these Marcadet Baudelaire Turtle Sunglasses feature a lyrical browline and modernist simplicity, transforming the wearer from spectator to participant. Handcrafted in France from 8mm thick plant-based premium Italian acetate, they embody sustainable luxury. The hardware, including the front pin, wire core, and hinge, is made of premium steel and electro-dipped in palladium and 22k gold. The temples are 12mm wide with a single raw-cut bevel, creating a striking contrast between matte and polished finishes. They feature an exclusive 5-barrel hinge with thread lock technology and custom filigree wire core with signature round and triangle shapes. The nylon lenses offer 100% UV protection and are double-dipped for enhanced resistance and scratch prevention.
