Our delivery time begins once your order is confirmed and includes a 24-hour period for processing and dispatch. Please note that this period may take longer during sales or promotional events.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow its journey in real time.

All prices displayed at checkout are final and include taxes, duties, and any other applicable fees. There will be no additional charges for international deliveries.

STORE PICKUP

We also offer the option to collect your order from any of our stores. Simply select "Store Pickup" at the shopping bag page and choose the location most convenient for you.

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification indicating the selected store. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to become available.

You have 15 days from the notification date to collect your order. After this period, the order will be cancelled, and the amount refunded.

To collect your order, please present the Pickup confirmation email at the store.
