Technogym: The Art of Wellness

Over thirty years ago, Nerio Alessandri founded Technogym at the age of twenty-two in his home garage, launching a new vision for wellness in an industry dominated by old- fashioned stereotypes of fitness and bodybuilding. Alessandri’s vision had roots in Italian culture — in particular, the ancient Roman concept of “mens sana in corpore sano,” or “a healthy mind in a healthy body.” If fitness means looking good, wellness means feeling good.
