Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period during which your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note that this period may take longer during sales.

PICK UP IN STORE
We also offer the option to collect your order from any of our stores. Simply select "Store Pickup" at shopping bag page and choose the location most convenient for you. When your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification indicating the selected store. Please note that it may take up to 3 days for your order to become available.
You will have 15 days from the date you are informed of your order’s availability to collect it. After this period, the order will be cancelled, and the amount refunded.
To pick up your order, please present the "Pickup" email confirmation at the store.
Exchanging or returning an item from your online purchase is easy. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery.
Return fees may vary depending on the item. This amount is not cumulative and only the highest fee wil be charged once, regardless of the variety and number of items returned.
You can see the cost when requesting a return, whether you make the purchase as a registered user or as a guest.
For returns and exchanges, please follow the instructions below.
RETURNS WITH DHL:
Step 1
Ask us for the return label.
Step 2
Please insert the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. Make sure to include all item boxes and dust bags with your return. Then close the parcel securely and attach the returns label to the outside.
Step 3
Please go to DHL website to schedule your request.
Step 4
Under “Do you need a DHL shipping label?”, click “No” and indicate that you have an air waybill: “I have a DHL shipping letter number”.
Step 5
In «Number of house bills» you must place the number that is on your return air waybill that followed with your order, inside the box.
Step 6
Enter all the details to DHL follow them and pick up your return.
Step 7
After receiving, checking and confirming the items received the refund will be processed. The refund will be made by the same payment method used for the order within 14 days.
HOW TO EXCHANGE:
If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact us thought our email shop@fashionclinic.com telling us the new desired size, we will check the product availability and reserve it. Then, please follow the steps mentioned above to return your package.
Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all tags attached. This includes the original packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags. Otherwise, we will not accept the return or exchange and the refund will not be processed.
In case of products made according to your preferences or clearly personalized, the return or exchange is not possible.
For exchanges, it is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a different item altogether. If the product has a different price, you will be responsible for the value difference.
Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.
